The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the suite was spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax during our Christmas vacation. the balcony provided a fantastic view of the Christmas fireworks, which was a special treat for the kids.

The suite did not meet our expectations. the furniture was old and worn out, with broken chairs and a coffee table barely holding together.

The Palisades Resort-Orlando was great! We booked the three bedroom suite that allowed our party of eight the opportunity to relax in a comfortable, spacious environment. We were able to save money by cooking all of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. We spent time on the large, private patio; had fun splashing around in the great swimming pool; and cooled off in the resort movie theater! The covered parking came in handy when it rained and the front desk staff was extremely professional. The Palisades Resort is a great place for families to relax and have fun.

we were here for long weekend. we truly enjoyed to be here for a weekend and would not hesitate to return there.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven. We also appreciated the free parking and the fact that the hotel was quiet during the day. It was a convenient location for visiting nearby attractions, and we were pleasantly surprised that it was also close to the hospital.

The cleanliness of the hotel could be improved.

The location of the hotel was quite convenient, as it was not far from the Orlando area. This made it nice on the days when we didn't visit the parks, and it was somewhat close to everything. the room was spacious and the front desk service was satisfactory.

Having room for entire family in one lodging -- 3 separate bedrooms

Room was very big and spacious with a full kitchen. Also had a big balcony. Close to Disney World. Nice pool. Cute mini theater screening room that the kids enjoyed. Free covered parking. Staff very helpful. Washer and dryer in room. Cleaning options available. Great value for the price.

Bed in master bedroom not so comfortable. They were quick to change the mattress though but still would have liked a more comfortable bed. Dryer was broken for most of our stay but again they did try to fix or change it. Shade blinds in den were of cheap quality. It didn't really affect us but they could use an upgrade. Walls are a little thin but again didn't really affect us.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices. I was impressed by the attention to detail in the remodeled rooms, which looked great and smelled good. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to Disney and Epcot, making it easy to access the parks. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay.

My experience at this hotel was satisfactory.
